The
title page for screenwriting has a standard format. It is at
the top and centered.
However,
it appears the title can be typed as all caps or first letter cap. Many
scripts online provide examples of how titles appear on the first
page of a script. If you are using software, let the
software take you to the correct location on the page, which is
top, centered. The
cover page is a different format. The title of the script is
at the top center, and below that is "by [add your
name]." Then at the lower right is your name, address,
phone, email or whatever instructions were given, such as if you
are submitting to a contest. More
